Membership Application Kit Now that you have filled out an online application you will need to complete the membership application kit. Once you have printed and returned your membership kit along with your initial payment your membership may begin*. Please print, fill out and submit the following documents:
	-	Member Information Form
	-	Hold Harmless
	-	Purchase Agreement
	-	Billing and Resigning
	-	Flight Scheduling
	-	Safety
	-	Volunteer Requirements
	-	Deductible Coverage (Optional)
