Membership Application Kit In order to join the CAC you will need to print out the documents below and return them to the club manager by email or fax (originals will still need to be hand carried or mailed to the club). Once you have filled out and returned your membership kit along with your initial payment your membership may begin*. Please print, fill out and submit the following documents:
	-	Member Information Form
	-	Hold Harmless
	-	Purchase Agreement
	-	Billing and Resigning
	-	Flight Scheduling
	-	Safety
	-	Volunteer Requirements
	-	Deductible Coverage (Optional)
* Additionally you will need to submit a copy of your ID card and will need to prove your citizenship. For more information as to why this is necessary please click here.
